How it started
Noreen struggled as a teen (like most teens do) and was not aware that she wasn’t different for feeling this way. Starting at a new school in the 6th grade was hard. She got bullied and rejected by her classmates. She carried that with her for many years until she learned this experience didn’t mark her as “worthless”

Unfortunately these days, it's harder than ever on our children!

This has created a powerful & strong desire to help pre-teens/teens to find self-acceptance & love for who they are. 

Social Media & Bullying affects 1 in 4 students. Noreen has watched her daughters go through this all, and the impact it had on their self-esteem and self-worth. We all know the power this has to destroy our children and that’s why…
Noreen decided to started the “Who I am” portrait project in her studio. The aim of this project is to fill in the challenging years while empowering the lives of pre-teens/teens. 

The main goal is to make these girls look and feel beautiful and be confident in WHO THEY ARE.
Who is this project for?
I'm looking for pre-teens/teens aged 10-13 years for this photography project.
We will ask them and their parents a few questions, then combine the text and the photographs to create one impactful piece of art.
Why "Who I am?"
We want to capture the personality of these pre-teens/teens & record the last page of their childhood life before they become young adults. 

I want them to realize their true beauty so that they are CONFIDENT in themselves before they hit Senior High School Life.
